Helix Bridge - 螺旋桥

It was YES another long overdue post:) In fact, we had been to many many places over the past weekends up to today but beside the word "busy", nothing can really explain for the slow updating of my blog but BELIEVE me, I am still very passionate in keeping the updates on my this little humble blog, reason being sometime too many things occupy my little head and I tend to forget even a place that we were going or even things that happened just yesterday so the best is still journal it down so that we will be able to appreciate every little memoirs that had happened in our life with the best companion from the family members. Life is short, treasure it and live it meaningfully as you pay a day of your life everydays so make the day worth it by live it to the fullest.

I hope that when one day, I am too old to move about with my children, I will start to read the blog once again from the beginning to the end and I guess this will be the best gifts god presented to me and my life before I embark to another journey..Life Quotes by Jules Renard:As I grow to understand life less and less, I learn to love it more and more.

We went to the Helix Bridge on the 14 May 2010. The Helix Bridge (Chinese: 螺旋桥), previously known as the Double Helix Bridge (Chinese: 双螺旋桥), is a pedestrian bridge linking Marina Centre with Marina South in the Marina Bay area in Singapore. It was officially opened on April 24, 2010 at 9 pm. The bridge is still under construction toward the entrance to the Marina Sand. Next time, we will have direct access from the mainland to the Marina Sand with the bridge. The bridge looks extra captivating at night with the illuminating lights that highlight the double-helix structure, thereby creating a special visual experience for the visitors as you can see from the following photos.

Look at the Q formed at the foreigner's line to get into the Marina Sand's casino whereas for Local/PR's entrance, it only 20-30% of the Foreigner's Line. Free things always get the crowd!!

Uncle Cheong bought the "wu la la" neon light cum music for Danzel, he loves it to bit and keep looking for his "wu la la" when we put it one side for him after we got back home. It is indeed a wonderful night with a beautiful night scene complement the laughter & chitchatting from the family members.
