The NTUC Income Kite Festival Singapore was here once again on 18 & 19 September. Alright, i know that it is another long overdue post. heehe. This year,Presented by ACT 3 International, the NTUC Income Kite Festival Singapore 2010 was a family affair that aims to rekindle the old kampong spirit and celebrate the kite as a symbol of grace, cultural diversity and scientific achievements. The event was enhanced with performances from musicians, dancers, puppeteers and magicians; kite making workshops; and exciting performances by ten international kite-masters from Thailand, Switzerland, Japan, Malaysia and the U.S – eight more than last year.
We were there too...It was a fine,breezy evening..we were there pretty late, about 6... the goodie bags were all ditributed :( Anyway, we enjoyed all kinds of shapes,sized colorful kites and it also our first time t0 see so many kites to be flied at the same time in the cleared blue sky.
