Gold Coast-Day 1&2-5-6June2015

Our 2015's June School Holiday- NG Family Trip is finally arrived! We had planned to Gold Coast since end last year and this will also mark the 1st AIR trip for our little baby Ranzel in the house. The trip was planned on 5 - 12 June 2015 (8D7N) Free & Easy Trip.

This time we chose to fly with Scoot. Our-1st Time with scoot and also it has offers direct flight from Singapore to Gold Coast and with cheaper air-fares too so obviously this will be the best choice to avoid the hassle of transiting flight! However it was quite an unpleasant experience, we encountered poor services, small legs room seats, warm air-conditioning, flight delayed- 4 hours without any compensation and ended up we took more then 10 hours to arrive back in Singapore with my super active, easily agitated infant.

As for accommodation, we booked with EliteHolidayHomes to get the big villa.
The FEATURES INCLUDE:-

* 6 BEDROOMS
* 4 BATHROOMS
* GOURMET KITCHEN
* ENTERTAINMENT ROOM WITH POOL TABLE
* SEPARATE LIVING AREAS
* SWIMMING POOL

We rented a mini bus with capacity of 20 pax. Uncle Ron will be driving us around throughout this 7 days except for the Tamporine Mountain which we actually engaged a local tour- Mr. David  at AUD$89 per pax.

After checking into our villa, placed down our luggage, photos and resting time. We head out to our 1st destination of the trip - CARRARA MARKET. We need to get fresh veges, fruits and groceries for the entire 7 days breakfasts and dinners.

Every nights, we worked in team - Kampong Spirit Style to get a full table of sumptuous meals out from our stylish Island Kitchen. Also not forgetting a must in Australia Living - A Glass of Red Wine,  ok perhaps many glasses with mixing of Beers and White Wines..

Day 2- Our itinerary of wines & cheese tasting to Tamporine Mountain Private tour by Mr. David. A trip that drank almost whole day~~

We went to the Broadbeach in the evening.. We wanted to visit the Broadbeach Market which only available on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 4pm to 8pm. However David dropped us quite a distance from the Surfer Paradise so we walked approximately 45min to reach SOUL, the highest apartment along the surfer paradise where the market, cafes, paradise center located too.

The beach will definitely look much stunning than this if you go during the day time. We arrived during the dawn so only few shots of photos and the sky started to get darker with more chill toward the night with the wind from the ocean..

Happening cafes and shopping area just near the SOUL apartment, those are shops just opposite the beach.

This is the best CHURROS that I never came across, the CHURROS that I had tried in Singapore does not has the same richness and fragrance that they have...Furthermore they have many flavor and choices for you to try and indulge with~~ A MUST TRY when you are at Paradise Center.

We flagged down a cab to send us home. There are quite numbers of cabs around at that area so no worry about the transport to get back to your place. The cab fares are not cheap, it about AUD20 for just 15 min journey...
